1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by PrimeCopyText, located at Calle Portales 1, 26001 Logroño, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

PrimeCopyText provides professional copywriting and content marketing services including, but not limited to: sales page copy, email campaigns, brand voice development, landing page copy, product descriptions, social media content, website copywriting, ad copywriting, SEO content, video scriptwriting, case study writing, and newsletter copy.

3. Quoting and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed via a written quote sent prior to project commencement. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as follows: 50% deposit upon project confirmation, 50% upon final delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.

5. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are estimates. PrimeCopyText will communicate any delays promptly. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or scope changes may extend the delivery timeline proportionally.

6. Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at €75 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy are transferred to the client. PrimeCopyText retains the right to display anonymized work samples in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

8. Liability

PrimeCopyText's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. In case of termination by the client, work completed up to the termination date shall be paid in full. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Logroño, Spain.

PrimeCopyText is committed to delivering high-quality copywriting services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following terms.

2. Deposit

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on the project. This deposit secures your slot in our production schedule and covers initial research, strategy, and writing time.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund (including deposit) may be issued if:

• PrimeCopyText is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons
• The project is cancelled before any work has begun
• The service materially fails to meet the specifications outlined in the written quote

4. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The project is terminated by the client after work has commenced but before delivery
• The delivered work requires revisions beyond what was contractually agreed
• A mutual agreement is reached between both parties

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Work that has been approved and delivered in final form
